I understand but at least give me a heads up. Maybe she was busy or a bad day, but I am not staying there agian. Breakfast was what we were hoping would be great as usual but didn't. "

"Staff was extremely nice, building is out dated, toilet had 1 hair could be the cleaning person, room was super cold perfect for BF, it survived its purpose would book again!"

"The pictures in the app are misleading. It’s a runned down property that got a facelift. Our door did not properly close due to the floor being crooked, which was a major safety concern. The room was dirty. Pool was cold, doesn’t seem like the heater was working. But the absolute worst was having to shower with cold water, when I asked about it at the front desk, they told me I could talk to the manager the next morning. "

"Booking did not show remodeling. Pool, hot tub and everything was unavailable. I ran out of toilet paper and asked the front desk for more. They said they would send it to my room. Over an hour later I had to go back to the same person and the front desk and ask again. Poor amenities and service. Hotel was dirty from construction. Worst experience ever at a Residence Inn and there was no price adjustment. It should have been closed. "

"Kitchen was not fully equipped. Either you had to pay a 19.99 or 39.99 deposit to get the dishes to cook. Also the room we stayed in, had no chair to sit at the table. "

"The “breakfast” was toast and a bagel. My room TV was broken and they tried to say I did it but the day I checked in I took a picture and went and showed the staff all he say was Ok and the next morning they was trying to hold $50 deposit "

"The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!"
