"We had a nice stay and it was comfortable. I also really like the fact it was so quiet around the hotel not a lot of hustle and bustle. Had an issue at check in due to the pet fee being added so then the computer showed I hadn’t prepaid which I had, it was pretty irritating after driving 6 hours. Luckily it got worked out. Our room was comfortable and spacious. There was a weird smell in the room kind of smelled like cigars and there was a lot of long dark hair around the room and bathroom. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. I would stay again "

"Overall the place and parking felt safe and the staff was nice. I didn’t like how I reserved for 5 guest and there was only 2 towels. The couch bed did not have any sheets and had to go ask for some at the receptionist. Then the cleaning service said to give the dirty towels and they will wash and drop off more later. We never got more towels when I went to ask the receptionist they said they were out of towels. The breakfast was also not great. Pancake machine was not working and not many options."

"Booked a non smoking room, found a used cigarette next to TV stand, trash has uncleaned vomit, Not cleaned room, super dirty bathroom smell, toilet seat not assigned properly, closet hangers too old dust smell and spiders, my kids didn't sleep at all, TV not working and no remote. Non refundable after long drive, wanted to sleep, but wasted every penny. Worst experience"
