We booked this hotel looking forward to using the pool. Thus, we both disappointed and surprised to learn it was not in operation as the hotel explicitly advertised the pool and did not mention it was closed either at the time of booking or during check-in. Front desk staff were disinterested and less than friendly or helpful. There was trash on our floor that stayed there the entirety of our stay. The shower barely functioned, with so little water coming out as it was hard to bathe.

Las habitaciones y baño son cómodas y la comida estuvo bien. El problema fue el servicio, sobretodo en el bar en la noche de llegada. Una hamburguesa y una tabla demoraron 1 hora, no pusieron cubiertos ni servilletas y sólo había un tipo de vino aunque la carta de vinos tenía una gran oferta..... insólito en un Hotel que se supone tiene 5 estrellas y está en un país reconocido por sus vinos. El pisco sour de cortesía muy malo. Una pena.
