"This hotel runs the incidentals as a charge rather than as an authorization. I caught this and called the hotel asking for a refund of the $100 incidentals charge. I was told it should be back in my account within 24 hours. 48 hours later it still isn’t returned. Just called the hotel again and was told it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to take place. "We came from Michigan for a concert and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!"
