"Internet is fast. Room is clean. I wasn't very careful when I booked the room so I was a bit surprised to learn that it is an apartment instead of a room in a hotel. But it was nice -- we have washer, stove, fridge and microwave. We did no contact check-in/out. Staff are friendly online but I didn't meet them in person. Everything went smoothly. "

"Good location. Excellent communication with property manager. However, there were multiple misses. First, walls are extremely thin. We could hear the neighbors next door all night. Secondly, heater stopped working in the middle of the night and it was literally freezing (January). Appliances were old and stove reaked of gas when we tried to use it."
