One Night Stay

Small room with sliding door into bathroom adjacent to left side of bed. Clean and comfortable but cramped. Receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately there was building work being carried out close by which started at 6am.

Optimale Lage in Oostende, kurze Wege zum Strand, zur Promenade, zu den SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten der Stadt. Dennoch leise in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. ParkplĂ€tze vor dem Haus nur sehr wenige, die meist aber belegt waren und zwischen 9 und 20 Uhr gezahlt werden mĂŒssen (alle 2 Stunden). Parkhaus des Hauses liegt um den Block, ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar aber bietet nur wenige PlĂ€tze an, die nicht im voraus reserviert werden können. Aktueller Preis dafĂŒr liegt bei 24€ pro Tag, die nĂ€chsten Tiefgaragen im nahen Umkreis liegen bei 30€ pro Tag. Muss man aber nehmen da es kaum andere Parkmöglichkeiten so nah am Strand/Zentrum gibt. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber, jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und auch der Handtuchwechsel funktionierte problemos. Das FĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet ist sehr gut, voll ausreichend und man findet alles was man braucht. Wenn mal was leer ist, wird es umgehend aufgefĂŒllt. Ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden. Der TV im Zimmer bietet eine kleine Auswahl an Programmen (auch deutsche) von denen leider die meisten durch Störsignale nicht zu schauen sind und wenn z.B. im Nebenzimmer das Licht oder die Klimaanlage an sind geht gar nix mehr. Klimaanlage und KĂŒhlschrank waren bei uns vorhanden und gerade im Sommer notwendig. Leider hört man nachts die Klimaanlage des Nachbarzimmers auch brummen. Zum Badezimmer: Wir hatten eine Badewanne, zum Baden viel zu klein, zum Duschen eine Zumutung da es keine Abtrennung oder einen Duschvorhang gab. Ein paar Tage schafft man aber auch das.

Sehr gerne hĂ€tte ich 5 Sterne Bewertung gegeben, aber leider ist es aufgrund ein paar schlechten Erfahrungen nicht möglich und mit 3 Sterne befriedigend! Nichtsdestotrotz ist die Lage des Hotels super; und das inbegriffene FrĂŒhstĂŒck war gut.

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec lit double et j’ai reçu une chambre avec 2 lits simple . La demoiselle a l’accueil n’a rien fait pour nous arranger. La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs petite et trĂšs bruyante. Musique techno Ă  partir de 23h. Porte qui claque sans cesse Ă  toute heure de la nuit.petits dĂ©jeuners correct mais pas ouf

Schneller Check-in durch vorherigen Online Check-in, gute Lage des Hotels, sehr gutes FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit Teilblick zum Strand. Wasserkocher, KĂŒhlschrank und ausreichend Steckdosen sind vorhanden. Im Bad gibt es einen Föhn und Hygieneartikel. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet war fĂŒr ein 3* Hotel sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, bis auf einen Angestellten. Der Strand, Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind fußlĂ€ufig schnell erreichbar. Schlecht: das Bad ist eine Katastrophe, generell viel zu eng. Es gibt keinen Toilettenpapierhalter. Mann muss die Rolle auf den Rand der Badewanne stellen. An der Badewanne gibt es weder einen Duschvorhang, noch einen -abtrenner. Somit wird bei jedem Duschvorgang das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Auch das Duschen ist fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Menschen ein Akt. Beim Waschbecken lĂ€uft das Wasser sehr langsam ab, obwohl der Abfluss frei war. So hatte man immer Wasser im Becken gestaut. Die Abluft im Bad hat auch nicht funktioniert. Auch ist die Halterung des Duschkopfs falsch herum montiert, so dass der Duschkopf schlecht hĂ€lt. Beim Toilettengang haben große Menschen Probleme mit dem Abputzen, da alles so eng ist. Mir blieb nur die Wasserreinigung. Das Bett ist groß, aber sehr niedrig und die Matratzen sind zu weich. Bei RĂŒckenproblemen eher unvorteilhaft. Ich empfand das Bett als unbequem.

Eenvoudig hotel met 1 grote troef: de ligging vlakbij de zeedijk. Ook het gevarieerde ontbijtbuffet mag er zijn. De kamers zijn echter aan renovatie toe. Wij hadden een Comfort room maar in de douche moest je de sproeier zelf vasthouden. De check-in kan ook beter. Ze houden sterk vast aan het officiële uur en doen geen enkele moeite om een kamer vroeger vrij te geven hoewel hen dat niets kost.
