"The suite was clean and had several places to sit- a full-size table, a couch, and a weather-proof balcony (which was my favorite). It also came with a kitchen stocked with dishes and glasses. The bedroom was nice and had extra towels/sheets, and a lockbox. The lockbox battery was dead so it didn’t work, but the neighborhood felt very safe. The toilet and shower room were separate, which was nice. Plus, the shower room had heated tile floors. The only downside was that it was easy to hear...

Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. "I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...

"Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. "
