Trevligt, lugnt och tyst. Alltid lika bra och trevlig service. Bra gratis parkering precis vid boendet. Frukosten är jätte bra och oftast är frukostmiljön lågmäld. Rena och rymliga rum. Skön säng. Allt som åtminstone vi kan önska oss. Bor alltid här då vi är i Östersund och det är vi flera gånger under året. Ses igen 🙏. Hälsningar Maria

Bra rum , möjlighet att mörklägga helt med både tunnare och tjockare gardiner. Ganska hård säng (vilket passar mig bra) svalt och skönt på rummet Bra frukost och goda parkeringsmöjligheter. Dessutom kan man om man har firmabil med stöldbegärliga apparater i parkera i nära anslutning till entrédörren.

Jag bor alltid på det här hotellet när jag åker till Östersund. Jag tycker det är mysigt. personalen är trevliga och frukosten är god..sen har jag själv delvis växt upp på det området när jag va liten så det känns tryggt och bra och det är ungefär lika långt till stan som till lillänge om man vill shoppa 😊

Dårlig frokost. Fylte ikke på etter klokka 09.15 selv om frokosten var til klokka 10.00. Meget skuffende. Grei parkering, men synes det kunne vært mulig å betale for lading av elbil gjennom hotellet. Lite og trangt boblebad, dårlig dusj der som ikke holdt seg oppe av seg selv.
