"Cute motel beautiful view. Spacious room gentleman at the front desk Really organized and helpful. Would come back again the view from the room was so nice. Had everything we needed and front desk readily accessible if needed. Parking was great. If it was warmer would have loved to use the Kayaks!!"

"We’ve been coming to this place since 2019. Beautiful property, nice and clean rooms. Like location and the way it situated. Nice stuff. The only problem this year that it had a very poor wi-fi connection. You get password for “free wi-fi” but it connects for 2 sec and then disconnects and doesn’t even see it on available networks. No signal. So, prepare to use your data. Hope, this problem will be fixed soon because it is a big downfall for most guests. They have a nice breakfast but could use...

"Great location, walk to harbor and restaurants. Main St is next street over. Staff is very friendly. Free breakfast and coffee. Didn't use indoor pool but it always had swimmers in it. They are doing updates to the outside and once they're done I'm sure it will sparkle! Price was very reasonable, would happily return!"

"We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

"Glad there was a mini fridge with a small freezer! All went well and the room was small but totally adequate. Only complaint was that the AC/Heater was a bit noisy overnight, but I would stay here again-definitely. "

Right across the street from beautiful Bass River, this family run hotel is one of my favorite places to stay on the Cape. It's not big and fancy, just a pleasant place to stay and reasonably priced. "Nice location, close to town, shopping, hospital for appointments. Etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in one of the jacuzzi. King bed rooms. It was really relaxing and nice, it had been renovated in the fall of 2025. Plus had 1st floor door to the pool area which was nice to get some fresh air and sun. I didn't have time to eat the breakfast this morning, I was in a rush. Sorry."
