"For the first time ever we experienced a rude staff member here. At first they had given me a hard time about the card being put on file. We have been staying here for 7 years,multiple times a year, we have never experienced this type of issue. Then when I asked for an extra towel later on for the room I was met with confrontation, an eye roll, and frustration. It was myself and 3 kids staying in the room. I had asked for one singular extra towel as we had to use our room towels for the pool...

"This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!"

The fridge was dirty, the sheet and comforter had stains on them, the shower curtain had that black mold stain at the bottom, and the base of the toilet clearly has not been cleaned in a long time. Not to mention the sink had shaved hair all in the knobs. Oh and the staff did not come into the room at all, not even to do the ‘daily housekeeping’ as advertised. There was no door tag to say don’t come in, so unsure why there was no housekeeping done. Maybe I had to...

"Bathroom was small. Little space to put anything in. Old fashioned. Room smaller than others we stayed in. Ice buckets but no ice except from the manager. We have had better at red horse inn."

You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

"The hotel was located in quiet area, near the town center, and just a 10-minute drive from the beach. The property features a pool and a gym, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Check in and check out process was quick. However, I didn't like that the sink was located in the room outside the bathroom—it’s not very convenient. Furthermore, this area served as both the hallway and a 'kitchenette' with a coffee machine and a fridge, but there were no tables or chairs for dining....
