I will choose another hotel in Ostrava next time

Old hotel. Placed in the area with a lot of bars so it’s extremely loud during the hole night. And I really mean extremely loud. The staff was very friendly, service minded and really did everything they could to help out. I got my room at 11 when check in time was from 2 pm.

Location was excellent - right in the centre of the city's party street and 1-minute walk to tram stations. Amenities in the hotel were great. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choices. A/C in the room was essential to have during the hot summer months.

The stuff was very friendly, located in the center of the city and secure parking lot. The room was clean but it could need a refurbishment. It can be noisy because of the bars in the street. The breakfast was great. I can recommend this hotel.

It is walking distance to central within 20 mins

I like the design of the hotel, it's so artistic and solid. I can tell the facilities has just renovated not long ago, although their staff barely can speak English, I still received a wonderful service from them, location wise is the Best! Especially for Night life, good Bar nearby
