Everything in it froze even on low settings. The air conditioner worked when it felt like it. The room would get very hot until the air kicked on and then it froze you out. It was uncomfortable to walk on it barefoot. We hope the hotel will improve the cleanliness of the rooms, as everything else about our stay was enjoyable. ."

"It was well located for concert venue. Clean room inside. No room service if you are staying less then 3 days. We stood 2 nights. The building and walkways are grimy, too filthy outside, I recommend a good power wash. Did not have breakfast but i know it was basic. We got back late on Saturday night and there was no parking. We had to park next to shipping containers. If you can look pass some of the issues noted it ok."

"Extremely Horrible Experience This hotel was terrible. The room carpet was extremely dirty and appeared to have oil-like stains, as if it had been wet and never properly cleaned. The room also had a horrible odor that made it very unpleasant to stay in. To make matters worse, there were no hangers provided in the room, which was very inconvenient. "We had a really enjoyable stay here. The location is incredibly convenient for getting to and from the airport. Just a quick tip for future travelers regarding the airport shuttle: make sure to call the front desk to request it, as it doesn't run on a set loop or schedule. Once requested, the service was prompt and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was solid—it won't win any culinary awards, but it absolutely does the trick and gets your day started...

"I didn't get any sleep. People hung outside my door talking and smoking. There was a guy who played his boom box as loud as it could go. I didn't feel safe. They said they had security but never saw anyone. I will never stay there again. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
