"I would not recommend staying at this property. In my experience, it does not meet the standard of a 4 star hotel.
We were initially assigned a room with a strong mold/sewage odor and extreme dampness. The walls and ceiling felt soft to the touch, and the air conditioner was leaking enough water to create a puddle on the floor. We requested a room change immediately but were told the hotel was full. After waiting four hours for a maintenance technician, they agreed the room was unacceptable,...

"We chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly. The hotel's decor is very chic; the public areas, pool, and gardens have a Moroccan influence. To be honest, it is magnificent. However, the room is dated. Huge, with a huge living area and two bedrooms, truly amazing, just dated and a little tired.

"The host was lovely met us to check in. He should be rightfully proud of his guest house. It looks brand new. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Small balcony overlooking street. Lovely rooftop terrace. Kitchen has basic amenities. It was very close to bus station and lovely 10 minute walk to Balcony de Europa. Would thoroughly recommend and good value for money. "

"Convenient location , perfect for visiting and close to everything. Parking is in the city underground area and is 24 Euro per day , so plan for it and make sure you have a small car . Hotel house an Irish pub with live music Thursday through Saturday… so expect some possible noise . Clear and simple, but practical rooms .
