"I don't believe the Expedia site should offer this hotel at this time It does Otley and the hotel staff, both lovely, no favours. It was not a well placed room, it was overly hot without cooling, the bathroom although modern let itself down in the shower particularly. It did not have a restaurant nor kitchen in use and was severely understaffed. Our pre requests could not be met. I am sad to give a poor review, as the staff were wonderful. "Lovely place. We booked last minute and the room was ready. Lovely room. Comfy bed. Very clean room and lots of tea coffee etc in the room.
