The night staff that checked me in was super amazing and very helpful. The kitchen staff at breakfast was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious. My entire experience from check-in to check-out was a 10/10

Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center
Valet went above and beyond. Front desk staff was attentive and friendly. Room wasn't as clean as we would have liked but was satisfactory.
