Fairmont Chateau Laurier
Chateau is an ideal location for visiting Ottawa. Staff is wonderful, ready to assist at all times. Albertina at front desk was so helpful!!

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown Ottawa East by IHG
Unfortunately, there was no room service available, and when I requested water—even offering to pay for it—I was informed that I would need to purchase it from the market. Additionally, the receptionist did not seem very welcoming or helpful, which negatively impacted the overall experience.
