Fairmont Chateau Laurier
It’s in a great spot but the parking is valet, it was a busy day so no where to pull in, we ended up going to a public lot but wasn’t much cheaper. For a fairmont property, looking dated (carpeting, big curtain hanging in lobby), I know, it’s old, but it’s starting to look it. The room was fine. ...

The Business Inn
We often stay here when in Ottawa. We love the location, spacious suites, good breakfast (included), and staff always so pleasant. Kitchens could be better equipped but they provide bare minimum.

Wyndham Gatineau-Ottawa & Conference Centre
Cold rooms, had to change my room twice yet still cold, noisy air-conditioning, gym is not well equipped and cold. The swimming pool is horrendous. Not enough staff. This will be my last visit to any of this hotel chain.
