"À notre arrivée à l'enregistrement, le commis ne nous a pas indiqué qu'il y avait un bris d'air climatisé dans la chambre et nous avons eu la surprise d'apprendre sur l'étage, en croisant une dame qu'il n'y avait pas d'air climatisé dans les chambres de l'hôtel. Effectivement, il faisait 28 °C dans la chambre sans possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres. De retour au Front Desk les trois commis au comptoir n'étaient pas en mesure de nous aider aucun professionnalisme, et nous ont remis un courriel de leur gestionnaire pour contester la transaction et leur demander le remboursement de la chambre. Il n'y avait aucune volonté de leur part de compenser ou de nous créditer quoi que ce soit. Très décevant et en ce moment je tente un remboursement à Expedia, et cela est un parcours du combattant."

"My experience here was bad for a local hotel, I feel there are other locations nearby that have better service. When we checked-in concierge was pleasant, however once settling into the room we noticed issues with our room, such as dirty stains on furniture around the room, hard scuff marks on the shower pan and pink stains in the shower. Furthermore, we had a major problem with a broken sink that is still unresolved, which was one of the biggest problems for us. The experience surrounding that was completely negative, the manager was rude and belittling, and information provided to us was inconsistent. These issues with our room and lack of guest care pushed us to leave after being there less than 24hrs on what was meant to be a getaway."
