Good hotel, far from the center city of you don’t have a car but the second room they gave me was clean and quiet ! They fixed the problem with my first room fast

This is a family run hotel, I was very well looked after and treated by staff. They are all very friendly and give great tips to explore the city. I was positively shocked at their breakfast menu, so many options and far more than what you'd expect, certainly from my past experience with other smaller hotel chains. I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

The front desk person was amazing, checked in about 7.30 pm and made a very busy work day disappear with his friendliest. Felt right at home

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The manager spoke with us to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. The free breakfast was super and there’s free hot beverages available at all times! This is my 3rd time staying here and I will be back!

Très bien situé près de l'aéroport, restauration à 3 min. facile même à 23h. Hôtel comme neuf, très propre et soigné, grande chambre confortable, chambre côté arrière totalement isolée des bruits de la rue. Petit déjeuner chaud disponible très tôt, personnel serviable. Rapport qualité-prix appréciable.

Everything about this inn was very good, the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating, the lobby and room were clean and in great shape. The breakfast had enough options to make you happy. And the area felt very safe

Firstly I would like to mention I would stay there again.There were a few odd things that made me scratch my head.They are extremely religious with Christianity being the focal point of many wall writings and front sign.From a personal opinion,I am not religious so it did not offend me..but from a business point of view...is it possible they are alienating a huge market..Jews ,Muslims,Hindu etc who may not ferl wlcome there.Itcwas a bit odd.

Very clean and quiet hotel, always polite and friendly staff who accomodate your needs....one of the best hotels we have stayed in, we come to Ottawa 3 times a year and always try to book here. Breakfast is always awesome

Five stars for hospitality!!
I arrived close to midnight and the front desk, Jay or Jake, was exceptionally friendly and kind in checking me in at such a late hour! I had such an early start that left behind my toothbrush but Jay (sp!?!) gave me a call and held onto it for me! Very grateful and really lovely experience.

Quiet hotel close to airport, which we appreciated. Lovely, lovely place. Complimentary breakfast offered enough options for everyone. Rooms were clean and very quiet. Would highly recommend Adam’s Airport Inn and would definitely stay again.

It was well-kept, clean and comfortable... but was not exactly advertised online as being openly and flagrantly Mormon. I have no issues with the fact that it was, but the bright neon "jesus saves" sign out front, the gospel music in the lobby, and the bibles on top of the furniture in the rooms were a bit much. Not offensive or forced, just a tad over the top; which could possibly bother some who don't subscribe similarly. We checked in late and left early, so we may have avoided more potential awkwardness. Otherwise, no actual issues... it was a very nice room for the cost.

The lady at the front desk (Denise) was friendly and very helpful. She was excellent in helping us address our questions. Great person to have at the front desk! There was a large variety of foods for breakfast. I especially appreciated the non-dairy options (soy milk and almond milk) due to allergy concerns. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would certainly return to the inn on my next visit.
