Convenient location. Quick and easy check in. Trouble free stay. Floor showed some age and was a bit dirty but bed was clean and comfortable. Some street noise but otherwise quiet.

Thé star was good its sas close to byeard market and rideau mall the one is lack of high quality internet was very slow but otherwise it’s was nice and they give some snacks and drinks I will recommend for update internet

It was a good stay for the price. great location for not having a vehicle and walking around the market. We stayed in room 9 which was up 2 flights of stairs and had a baby so tricky to haul the stroller up and down when coming and going. No elevator. A bit noisy with the street traffic while in the room but otherwise was pretty clean and comfy bed. Also prompt responses from the host via text access which was nice. Would stay again if needed.

Convenient Location

Safe, clean, and location is great with walking distance to foods, groceries, shopping. The unit has basic needs covered, like dishes, utensils, basic cookware. Giant Tiger, Dollarama and the shopping mall is very nearby for most anything else. Small basket of snacks was a lovely touch. Small bathroom but there is lots of space in the living area. And good wi-fi signal. the few times I needed to contact (via text) I received very prompt replies.

I couldn't even get inside the hotel room, I didn't know there was going to be no receptionist! I arrived at midnight, and there was no one there!

The paint was peeling off the wall the tv was all really dirty , so much noise outside until 3:40am could not sleep , access to the place was very difficult and we paid over 300$ because of the marathon and really it's worth well under $100

Registration online didn't work, no flexibility to drop suitcase before check-in, after check out for a few hours while enjoying the city, no hot water, no clearly identified while in front on the door, find chips on floor room, will not recommend it and will not go back

The floors were broken. The space was crowded with unnecessary kitchen. The bed was small (only a double) for two people. Th air conditioning was a loud portable model. The window which was the only source of natural light was filthy

We had to leave without staying as we waited over an hour for an access code to get in the building. It was raining very hard so had to book somewhere else. Not a satisfied customer.

AVOID. The place was filthy and in terrible condition. Food residue on the floors, dirty bed sheets, mattress too large for its base, hair in the bathroom, stains on the couch, broken window, unsafe door, damaged furniture, etc. I left the place right away and OWNER REFUSE TO REFUND.
