Great hotel, spacious room, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but included for free so can't complain. Parking was easy to access and we always found a space. Shopping and dining options available a short drive away. Would stay here again.

I really like this hotel, it’s my go to when travelling to Ottawa. However the last couple of time my rooms has not been cleaned properly. On first glance things are fine, but things hairs in shower and in shower drain, cover ontop of the blanket had stain on it, floor had hairs and some clothing tag plastics… I really love this hotel, staff and facilities are great but there needs to be more attention paid to cleanliness inside the rooms between guests as this is very off putting.

The Hotel, and its staffs, with very few words, are amazingly hospitable. Great and clean beds, great utensils, and clean rooms, hallways. Great breakfast. My whole family of six loved it, both to and from newbrunswick and Hamilton Ontario.

We had a great time! Stayed in a suite with a kitchen, I recommend bringing your own sponge and sharp knives and meal prep so you can keep it in the full sized fridge. Great hotel!
