L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait des taches de sang sur le rideau de douche et le bouchon du bain restait fermé et l'eau ne coulait pas.

J’aimerai avoir un remboursement pour la chambre 239 Karine Gaudreault. Pas d’air climatisé et un dégât d’eau dans la chambre et pas capable de la changer de chambre. Elle a du ramasser le dégâts d’eau elle même. Pas de personnel pour le faire.

Spacious room. Older looking hotel. Currently under renovation while operating. We could hear work being done in other rooms around 10 pm. The room was clean. The furniture could be replaced to match the fresh paint, new bathroom and flooring. Curious desk staff.

The staff at the desk, took a really long time at check out. They were about to charge me twice for the room. I had already paid through expedia (paypal) and once there they ask me for my credit card to freeze an amount for safety (which is fine) but since they had my card in the system, they were about to do a check out on the card that was holding the safety deposit. I had to insist that I had previously paid the rental of the room through expedia(paypal). It was a bit long and uncomfortable in front of my guest.

Cela fait deux fois que je réserve via expédia et hôtel me charge 86 $ de plus plus vous frais à vous plus le dépôt commence à faire chère alors montant euroner sur votre site et en plus pas de télévision aucun câble de brancher ou de disponible dans chambre et le monde dise toujours la même chose il le savent pas Que ça soit avec vous ou hôtel plus jamais je vais faire à faire avec vous

Nous n’avions pas de draps et de serviettes à notre arrivée dans notre chambre. Après une heure d’attente, personne n’est venu nous les porter. Le lendemain matin, on nous a dit que les personnes de l’entretien avaient quitté à 20h, c’est pour cette raison que nous n’avons pas eu de serviettes et litrerie. Ensuite, on nous a dit que puisque nous avions passé par expedia pour la réservation, ils ne pouvaient rien faire pour nous. Service extrêmement décevant et pourrit.

Absolutly nothing. The hotel was a construction site. Dusty, noisy and some of the staff at the reception were rude and unprofessional!

Was very dissapointed for the price i paid. Turn down services were very disorganised. Check in was disorganized and not very friendly. Renovations going on all over the place. Found a wet bag in the closet with wet clothes and contraception. The only really good thing was the breakfast. Will not be returning.

The hotel is under renovation in 3floor. The carper look terrible every floor Anyway i was not satisfied . Never again thanks.

La seule chose qu’on a pas aimé c’est l’indifférence du personnel à la réception. On a appelé 4 fois pour réparer ou voir ce qui n’allait pas avec la climatisation mais on a passé la nuit à suer tellement il faisait chaud. En repartant le lendemain on a avisé la réceptionniste et elle a simplement dit « ok »

Terrible unfortunately Arrived late evening (live out of town) and had to wait almost 20 minutes (one person at counter with a cudtomer) No greeting or anything. When it was our turn we were told to then wait for someone else to assist us (he just came in and it took him some time to log into the computer adding to the frustration). He was abrupt and very unfriendly, twice i told him i dont speak French, only Englush and he just seemed like he didn't understand me. When i arrived to my room, i discovered this was not what i reserved. There was a twin/double bed ( vs King that i reserved), a "fake" phone (or so it seemed) that wasnt connected., no towels. I then had to return to the main floor (reception) with my luggage) to let them know and the same gentlemen that helped me earlier (again, poor command of English) didnt initially understand me, and then proceeded to tell me i must have made a mistake when i booked. I told him i could provide proof - he then abruptly changed my room, no smile/apology, amd so i went back upstairs to the new room. The new room was a disaster: No towels (had to wait almost half hour sfter reporting this) Fridge not working (checked to see if it was plugged in and it was). Reported this as well - no action taken - had to throw out food as a result No couch or Tub (despite asking and as shown in pictures online) Extremely poor service Ovell, i hope someone can look into this. After a very long day, i did bot appreciate all these problems.

Room 134 is looking very tired, bathroom only place that is decent. The floors are finished, the desk is old and scrappy, I would not have anything like that in my home. The ac has been fixed (?) with a plaster on it, disgusting! There are drill holes in the wall that were never plastered. The carpet in the hallway is so old and very dirty. I used this hotel many times , but won't anymore as it is not worth the money. Rather pay a little more for a better place.
