"Most everythng about our stay was good. The only negative is the check in. The front desk staff was not very professional. A group checking in before us were from her home town & she was more interestd in talking to them. In addition, while actually doing my check in, she stopped to take a photo with one of these people. Despite there being teams of ball players there, breakfast was wel stocked & staff cleared things quickly."

"Had such a lovely stay! The room was so clean and felt very safe. We enjoyed the pool too, as it was a very hot. It was great to cool off and enjoy the sun. The ice machine qas very convenient. Probably the nicest motel we've ever stayed at!!! "

"We stayed for the Tall Ship Festival and the location was great. Shuttle straight from the hotel is an excellent bonus. Breakfast was good but small things would have madenit great. Coffee was very weak and there was no cream. Had to take milk from cereal pitcher as no milk for coffee was provided. Apples were not fresh and we were told they were "sold out" of yogurt with breakfast still available for another 2 hours. These small issues did not by any means ruin our stay though. "Second stay ! We started our Le Boat vacation at the hotel and decided to return for our last night in Smith Falls. We arrived early and the check in was great/ the Manager found us two rooms and we were able to check in! So nice to come across genuine hospitality! "
