I had a hard time navigating to leave a message and the only messages I received were sent in February, months before my May attempts to communicate. The messages I did read from Feb were hard to access and appeared in faded gray color font with copy and paste nearly unreachable as printing was off the screen of my iPhone. "Good things — The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower area were clean, and the view outside the tent was beautiful. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. "This had to be one of the cleanest places that I have stayed. It is a rustic cabin with modest decorations."

"We arrived and found the original room to be small and not big enough for the two of us, after a brief chat with Rhonda at the front desk she upgraded us with a great attitude and understanding. The room(s) were clean, the staff very helpful and the WiFi worked well. It was too chilly to hit the pool - but every morning the pool guy was out there keeping it clean. It was a great stay and our 3rd or 4th time there."

The price was great, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly, quiet surroundings, free parking , with a BBQ restaurant next door and seafood across the road. And this was 10 minutes away from the center of Bar Harbor. Why spend a lot of money if you are just looking for a place to sleep. I will reserve again!"

"You will not be disappointed with what you see once you see inside the doors. Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set."
