"Clean room, friendly staff"

"I had a very disappointing experience. The hallways had a terrible smell, and my room reeked of cigarette smoke. The floors were sticky, which made the space feel unclean, and the bathrooms were also dirty. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here. "

"When we got there some convention was going on and lol cans, people, drunks were everywhere. We just needed piece and quite for a long ride home. The property is beautiful and staff nice, breakfast was expensive for 4(100.00), 2:30am people were so loud we couldn’t hear each other talking. Should have had some control over the situation. "

"If you stay in Louisville this is a must stay absolutely amazing place to stay easy access to everything especially the yum center this is luxury at its best and the restaurants in the hotel are wonderful "

"This property has been remodeled and updated. It is very clean with a unique fun vibe. Beds were harder than we like, but not horrible. The pillow situation was great! The included breakfast was standard and nothing exciting, but gave us some nutrition to start the day! "

"Staff was nice. Room had curtains with holes/rips in them. Desk chair was very worn and as well as desk. Definitely needs some upgrades. We were just stopping for a place to sleep on our way back from vacation. "

"This is an amazing hotel. Very clean, housekeeping came everyday and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff was great with not only me but my children as well. Probably some of the best breakfast we had at any hotel. The whole experience at this hotel was amazing, very quiet, peaceful, and a great family atmosphere. I highly recommend if you are ever in the Elizabethtown area staying here. "
