"Great stay"

"Anchors was a lovely, well-considered accomodation and we were very comfortable there. It’s 5-10 min away from the town, which was preferable as we had lovely views of the surrounding countryside."

"The room was large and had two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths with kitchenette, which was great for our family. The location was ideal for getting out for the coast road drive. We had a later arrival, after the office closed, but they left a note for us that gave us the information for our room access. That was appreciated. "

"A great place to stay, clean, convenient and quiet location, close to supermarket. We were given an upgrade to a spacious renovated room upstairs. Some other renovations are going on in the property. Microwave oven, toaster, kettle and cutleries are provided adequate to have a simple meal in room. Guest laundry is available for use. Towels are nice and soft. "

"The Caledonian was clean and check in was easy. It was in walking distance to our restaurant at night and cafe for breakfast in the morning. The staff were efficient and friendly. Thank you."

"Perfectly located for wandering around Port Fairy on foot. Check in was easy, staff very friendly and room was very comfortable and spotless."

"Unique experience in a house full of interesting history. Exceptionally clean with lovely additions like soft bath robes and bath salts. The hosts were friendly and efficient in their service and breakfast was yummy. Adding Chromecast to the TV would be a nice touch but the hosts have a selection of DVDs that can be borrowed. Some LED candles did not work but did not detract from the overall experience."
