"The lady that checked me in was rude,there was no fridge or microwave,the floors was dirty, couldn't watch anything on the TV, remote was broke,l would not recommend this for anyone,had to get help from the office to open the door when we left and came back because the door would jam😡"

"Absolutely horrible. Mold, bugs, smoke smell, live wires, stains, graffiti, holes in the wall. NOT AS DESCRIBED. we immediately walked out of there and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t give us a refunded because “the owner is a scammer.” Couldn’t even set our stuff down in there."

"For the most part was good but the kitchen was poorly stocked and the A/C barely worked. Decent location but definitely not walking distance to the marina as promised. Lots of room in the condo just a bit under stocked with amenities, and the grill was almost unuseable"

"The staff was so so welcoming and accommodating. We forgot a few things and they were so sweet. Very flexible on helping us when I scheduled the wrong date. The beds were extremely comfortable.well my daughter said hers wasn’t as much so maybe a little inconsistent. The pillow top on our bed was amazing. Very peaceful and local to everything. Everything worked. We have no complaints. We would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to go stay in Hot Springs. II only wish the price was a little...

"This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. "

"This was not a pleasant stay. It will super loud and the staff was not helpful at all. The breakfast was cramped and small. Not a good selection and too many people taking up everything. The room had thin walls so noise was an issue when trying to sleep. Would not go back to this place. Arkansas was great but pick a better place to stay."
