"The hotel couldn’t be more helpful. We arrived in Nantes in a campervan and found it wasn’t easy to park. Not in any way the fault of the hotel but they were brilliant at helping us work out a plan. Every member of staff was super welcoming. The family room was comfortable, dark and the quiet. Everyone slept well here. If we came to Nantes again, no question about it, we’d stay at the Billie Hotel."

"Fantastic stay with the family at the incredibly beautiful and newly renovated chateau. The grounds and rooms are perfect and the staff were all so friendly and attentive. They made our family of 4 (2 young kids) feel so welcome. The food was delicious and there were lots of different choices, including the more casual riverside bar/snack hut for afternoon/evening bits. The pool wasn't lovely large but it never felt too small for the number of guests/rooms. I thoroughly recommend staying here."
