"When we arrived at our destination very tired and hungry we got told that this place was fully booked. They made a dou le booking. Then the owner Hennie made a plan for us to stay in a cottage outside of oudshoorn. We did not make any plans for food as we thaught we will load off our baggage and get something to eat. But then we had to drive outside of town with nothing. There was no Wifi and we had to drive with our car up a mountain. We were very upset about this as i had 2 small children with me. "

"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Not Queen or King bed. Only 2 single beds per room. From all my hotel experience, this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, including my wife. Most expensive hotel per night, with the most uncomfortable bed. And that’s important. "
