"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this hotel. I specifically requested a quiet room, yet was placed on the top floor next to a loud air conditioning unit that made sleeping difficult. On top of that, staff members loudly and repeatedly knocked on my neighbor’s door at 7 AM — a phone call might have been more considerate.
