So much disappointment to sum it up. I came in upgraded my room for a bigger bed. In the room the floors were not level, the water took 20 min to heat up, not including the low pressure my toilet clogged on day one by day four couldn’t take it anymore and after excessively complaining they changed rooms when all I asked for was a maintenance person (none on site??!! ). New room was worse then the old but they said they would not charge the upgrade fee which they lied. They did charge me but cut $80 off price of total stay. All I needed was a plunger, not available but the market around the corner had one for 7$. New room had uneven floors and was located facing Main Street. Also on fourth floor of hotel. Top floor windows were single pane and might have well not been there. All the street noise came right into the room all day night long. There were spots In the walls / window area where you can see right though to the street. Meaning I can spit onto the street from the room through the floor. I can see clearly to the floor below as well. The roof. Made of tin was so annoying noisy when it rained unbearable. I did not sleep one night In the new room since getting it. But I was too scared to keep complaining because they literally did nothing to help. The bathroom bidet was leaking so bad it was flooding the. Bathroom. I had to turn It off from the valve instead of the handle because it wouldn’t stop. I have photos of all the lunacy. On the last day construction.

Atendimento péssimo, frigobar vazio , era necessário buscar a água no restaurante que funcionava somente até as 22, e o pagamento tinha que ser feito na hora . O estacionamento é muito pequeno e tive que deixar meu carro na rua. O dia que consegui deixar no estacionamento fui acordado as 5:30 da manhã para tirar o carro para que outros pudessem sair. Em resumo um desastre . Nunca mais voltarei.

Cheguei a noite com meus filhos, não abriram a garagem, mesmo me vendo pelas câmeras, minha placa já cadastrada. Deixei meus filhos lá e fui até a recepção. O rapaz me disse, sentado, que estava lotada e sem manobrista. Nao utilizei manobrista quando cheguei. Deixei meu carro na rua. Fui à garagem e, a vaga que meu carro estava, continuava vazia. Questionei e coloquei meu carro lá dentro. Nesse momento, caso semelhante com uma família com filhos de tenra idade.

Tudo de baixa qualidade. Lençóis, toalhas, até o papel higiênico. Cama dura, não tem nada no frigobar, nem água, e não avisam, café da manhã no interior de Minas Gerais com tudo industrializado e ultraprocessado!

Minas Platinum precisa de atenção!

O hotel é muito bom e confortável, já fiquei outras vezes, desta achei que precisa de um pouco de atenção com os detalhes, o sistema de desligamento de energia do quarto não estava funcionando, não consegui abrir a janela do banheiro para ventilar o vapor do banho, havia uma mancha preta no teto provavelmente de vazamento da privada do banheiro de cima, o chuveiro estava com cano solto da parede (sem atrapalhar o banho mas não permitia direcionar o jato de água). O estacionamento é muito pequeno, não suporta todo os veículos obrigando o manobrista colocar os carros na rua pela manhã (aqueles que conseguiram vaga). Fiquei no apto 330.

Adorei!!!! Tudo perfeito!! O carinho especial com que tratam alguns animais de rua que ficam por ali nos arredores foi o que mais me emocionou. Recomendo muitíssimo!!!
