"While the staff were very friendly, I was highly unsatisfied with the cleanliness and safety of the hotel. The first room we were assigned had a strong chemical smell, and we found two roaches walking on the wall in the kitchenette. We asked for a change, and though the second room smelled better, the sofa was completely filthy and covered in stains.
Security is also a major concern. We stayed for two nights, and on our second day, we made sure to lock the door before leaving. When we returned, the door was closed but completely unlocked. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but management only offered a casual 'so sorry' for a serious security breach. Additionally, I specifically booked this hotel for the convenience of the EV charging station, but it was out of order during our entire stay. I would not recommend this place."
