"The shower is awesome, nice amenities, thanks for great customer service at the front desk, but PLEASE encourage your front desk agent NOT to say the floor/room number allowed (for safety reasons). The front desk clerk should point to the room number & tell guest "this is your room number", if the guest repeats that different but I had to ask her NOT to say room number allowed after telling me I was on the 3rd floor. Different world we're living in, but just best practices moving forward."

"The staff was great! I called prior to arrival with a request regarding room location. That was taken care of without a hitch. My room was very clean. The linens particularly looked and smelled crisp and clean. I will visit my son regularly, and I have now found my go to hotel."
