"Room was great, friendly staff, parking was very easy.
There’s a laundromat connected next to the hotel, along with a restaurant that’s connected to the lobby itself. Bus stops within less than a 5 minute walk, which can connect you to the bus to get to Manhattan.
Also, some rooms get Manhattan skyline views which I don’t think gets advertised by the hotel."
"The Shuttle had broken side glass. The driver door was about to fall off. The check in was a small desk and you had to walk down stairs which brought you to the eating area. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. You have a choice of cereal, bread, pancakes or yogurt. You have a choice or coffee or tea. The bedroom is normal. The room that was given to me had no vents on the HVAC, it was just completely open so you couldn't direct the airflow. The TV also had very limited channels that worked. Staff was pleasant and helpful."
"We chose Four Points Sheraton Flushing primarily for the airport shuttle. However, our stay turned out to be an exceptional night. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s within walking distance of numerous dining options in Chinatown. Our room was immaculate and the decorations and fixtures were gorgeous. It may have been the full day of traveling but our bed was heavenly, especially the pillows."
