"I would not have stayed here except that I needed to be close to Pratt. There was was water leak in the ceiling of the shower coming from the floor above. The faucets were all loose. It was not very clean. The front desk didn't have any bottled water even for purchase. I will not stay there ..."

"We cleaned the floor of the terrace in our room 308 with the broom provided. It was full of cigarette butts. We did it thinking about your next guests... we highly recommend management to advise the cleaners to do the same. Other than that, the rest of our stay was perfect!!."
