"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."

"We like staying at holiday inn.Express and part of that is due to the breakfast, which was very good. Two things notable were the carpet in our room hadn't been cleaned of little burrs, which I would step on from time to time. And also the shuttle back to the airport doesn't run until 9AM. That limits early flight times. Overall it was a good experience."

The room was looking a little worn….could probably use a deep clean and some fresh paint, but was neat and bed was comfortable and clean. The only complaint was the shower. "This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. Yet the hotel has audacity to charge us $120 pet cleaning fee for just one night, which added to the bill and made it total $700, not mention the low quality breakfast choice. This is a...

"Conveniently located near the airport (almost walking distance) and they offer a free shuttle. The price was reasonable and the rooms were very clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well."

"I’ll always stay in the main tower, but this time I stayed on the northside tower and it’s not good at all. had a weird fragrance smell. The floor is squeaky all the time you can hear everything from the neighbors way too far from the casino floor hard to get to it. I don’t recommend staying on the north side tower."
