Pool was not open even though it's brand new. Still had to pay full price to not even be able to use the pool, which was not stated on the website. "It can get very busy at the water park but plenty of lifeguards on duty. Not a bad idea to bring your own towel when it’s busy because they can run out. Rooms are a bit dark at times which makes napping easier. Staff were friendly and willing to answer questions. Room felt damp, luckily we knew to bring extra blankets. Restaurant on site but fast food is a 6-10 minute drive away depending on what you want. We have always enjoyed visiting here (our adult Autistic son). Room service were present...

But I called the number on the door and Brian got out of bed to help me, was cheerful navigating the new system, and got us set up in a simply appointed but very clean, recently redone suite. "While the Inn was very clean, the room had a few problems: broken blinds, missing drawer handles, holes in towel, etc. The pictures on line show the gorgeous bar which only opens a few days a week, not when we were there, and the self check-in was a bit tricky as we received the wrong code 2x. Location was fabulous for access to Lake George Village."

"Super clean large room, comfortable beds, enough towels, soap, shampoo etc in room, a/c was working very well, nice patio set outside each room to sit and unwind, very friendly staff at reception. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Nice sitting area outside near pool with a fire pit. Breakfast was average - served in a small room with basic continental food. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!"
