"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Free buffet breakfast excellent. Outdoor swimming pool crystal clean. Would improve universal gym in workout area. Also , regarding landscaping, would trim shrubs outside of building. Would really improve appearance. Otherwise, very satisfied with stay and will definitely be back next year."

"The hotel and the room were clean. Some wear was showing, as the hotel is older. One of the vending machines was not working, as was the case with one of the toasters. The reading lamps could not be bent to suitable position. The breakfast didn't include any warm meats or eggs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dog facilities were good."

"The room was clean. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast that you get with the room. We didn’t get to use the restaurant all in all for what we needed was great. We have been staying at this hotel for a few years now whenever we go down to the finger lakes, we love it"
