La estancia excelente, el personal muy amable, el lugar idílico. Solo he echado de menos para la total excelencia una neverita en la habitación donde guardar mis medicinas (insulina). Sitio ideal para descansar.

Falta Dirección y renovación total

Nefasta atención a la llegada. En la web ponía 13 h y de malas maneras me dijeron que se lo enseñara como así hice. En vez de facilitar actuaron poco menos q regañándonos y sin buscar ninguna solución. Lamentable. El hotel está parado en los años 70, el desayuno sin surtir, no reponen. Si eres exigente ni se te ocurra ir, muy mediocre.

Al llegar era la una de la tarde y aun no estaba preparada la habitación cuando en vuestras normas asi lo ponen.el aire acondicionado no funciona .el wifi no va bien.la recpecionista no esta cuando se le requiere.

Nos ha gustado y lo recomendaremos.

LO BUENO: -Su ubicación en una zona muy tranquila rodeada de naturaleza. -limpieza excelente tanto en las habitaciones como en las áreas comunes más solicitadas. - Una terraza exterior divina para desayunar, comer... -Tiene un patio trasero que denota algo de abandono, quisimos sentarnos en unos bancos allí pero la suciedad no lo permitió ( tampoco es que sea significativo y no empaña la excelente imagen que nos llevamos del hotel) - Cuenta con una amplia zona de aparcamiento exterior donde puedes dejar el coche sin preocupaciones y me parece que además cuenta con un apartamento soterrado (por si no quieres dejar el lambo en la calle) - la imagen exterior del hotel no es impresionante pero está muy cuidada en cuanto a pintura y mmto (así como el interior) - el servicio ha sido de correcto a muy bueno (en dependencia del empleado que te atienda) las chicas se llevan las palmas en todo. Los chicos digamos, son correctos haciendo lo justito ( pero claro, a los clientes nos agradan las sonrisas y que nos mimen un poquito ... esto es vital y aún en las grandes cadenas se mira mucho. - Habitaciones amplias, limpias, insonorizadas ...cuidadas - camas cómodas - Aire acondicionado que funciona. - cuarto de baño amplio y cuidado; con bañera Amplio espejo, adecuada iluminación y un viejo secador de pelo. - toallas impecablemente limpias. LO MALO: -No cuenta con minibar (tuvimos que comprar una nevera y hielo, no se concibe en 4 stars) -Desayuno con pocas Opciones.

Molt ben situat en un turonet. Molt tranquil i amb molt de jardi. Lamentable l'esmorzar inclos amb el preu de l'habitacio, amb motiu del covid subtitueixen el buffet per dues torradetes amb tomaquet de pot o mantega.... Si vols una mica de pernil per acompanyar el pa, et cobren 1 euro. No esta a l'alçada d'un establiment de 4 estrelles.

Visit Cristina you will not be disappointed!

We have stayed there 5 or 6 times before so are familiar with its surroundings and beautiful views. It was the first time for all my family and they thought it was lovely too!!
