The bedroom is in a really weird spot with low ceilings right nexto to a loud heating unit. The living room is beautiful but the layout of the bedroom is not the best. The sauna that is out of order also makes the space feel very creepy. The back patio door opens right into the ski lifts which was nice. The parking garage was incredibly icy with thick ice and needs to be cleaned in my opinion. The most important was how the heating unit was making a banging noise which made it difficult to sleep at night. It needs to be fixed.

Everything was great. It was clean. The bed seemed a little dirty where the pillows are. There was some dust there which I thought hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise everything else was clean and tidy.

Do not book though Property Valet! Upon arrival were notified that there would be construction taking place. No kidding! The entire Cachet Crossing was under construction with caution tape everywhere. We endured 4 days of constant hammering and the constant noise of the air compressors on our roof as the shingles were being replaced. This was not disclosed in the rental listing. Debris on the deck including a hammer that fell while we were there. A very nice roofer also climbed his ladder on to the deck to retrieve his hammer and debris while my wife and I were having our morning coffee with the window coverings opened. At least the roofer was kind enough to smile and give us a wave.. Bottom line is this entire property was a construction zone and none of the properties should have been available for rentals due to safety concerns. We have no beef with the roofers as they were only doing their jobs. Anyway still haven't received the small refund promised by Property Valet which is overdue by 4 days.

(112) Everything was perfect, super organized! My kids loved this apartment. The only thing is the bathroom, especially the bathtub, needs to be renovated. We will definitely return as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

Cozy Place to Stay

The resort is conveniently located right next to Blue Mountain activity centre. The layout is very practical and suits big families. Very cozy setting. The communication with the management team is very efficient. The only downside is unit might need some upgrades.

Amazing Stay!

Amazing place to stay. We came as a family for our summer vacation. It was amazing! Lots of room. Next time I would not stay on the 3rd floor as the dogs did not like the stairs. We had fun and many walks. It is awesome being close to Blue. The kitchen was stocked so we saved money on homemade meals too. Great entertainment on rainy days too.

Spacious but outdated

On Google Map it’s listed as 4-star hotel by the blue mountain resort but it’s more like 2 or 3-star condo not on blue . First of all, the listing didn’t highlight that the AC is out of order. It only says heating is available but honestly who would notice that the AC is not working if not listed separately? We went for Canada Day long weekend with high 35°C so it was very uncomfortable. Also, the building was going through construction for its balcony railings so there was a large plywood blocking access to the balcony but it also didn’t have a bug screen to leave the sliding door opened. For the large space, it didn’t have enough windows that we could have left opened. Also, the comfort level of mattresses were very poor. As for the cleanliness of the place, even though it would have been cleaned professionally, it didn’t feel too clean due to overused carpet and furniture. Moreover, for some reason the property ask you to take out the garbage at the time of checkout. I was surprised since I thought this would be something the cleaners would do. Lastly, staying in the 3rd floor where there is no elevator access and paved walkway to the metal stairs was difficult to move the luggages and strollers up and down. Anyway, we loved the space, keyless entry and ability to message the property staff but didn’t love other features as much.

Everything was fantastic! The property was under some construction with interlocking brick being replaced but that's to be expected in the summer season. The unit was clean, comfortable and everything was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Do not stay at Property Valet properties!

1. Property was not ready or available at time of checkin due to previous tenants breaking a door. Was offered another property inconveniently further away, and was a downgrade and huge inconvenience. 2. we immediately noticed that the door had been replaced. However, the unit still was under construction with exposed drywall and grout. Also in bedroom. The lock in main door did not work and there was no exterior lighting. 3. There were dirty dishes and garbage left by previous tenants not to mention the dirty SHEETS and linens just shoved in the cupboard. UNACCEPTABLE 4. The 3rd bed (queen) was broken with only 2 legs. 5. Terrible communication. I voiced my concerns and gave them the opportunity to correct the issue with me privately before my review with Hotels/Expedia. They did not offer much compensation at all. This is my first review ever and felt it necessary to warn others not to stay at Property Valet properties.
