"The mattress on our queen bed in our room was sloped on both sides of the bed to the center of the bed. We got in bed and rolled down hill until we ran into each other. Very hard to not end up in the middle so did not get much sleep and staff didn't seem too concerned"

"This hotel seems to go further down hill each time we stay despite seeing them with construction equipment. Room was not the cleanest. Pool was so foggy and the deck was so cold and clammy! They must have something wrong woth ventilation. Also no hot breakfast or really any breakfast in the off season! "

"Room smelled bed, stains on pillows and blankets, poor room service, generally overpriced. We will not stay here again. They get by with a lot of subpar amenities because they have the ideal location to the convention center. Much better hotels around that are a walkable distance."

"Room needed vacuum and the saop desener didnt work.. no coffee cup.. the ice maker didn't work .the frig froze our food.the toilet was stopped up too."
