"Not wanting a stuffy hotel we opted for an apartment type rental. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Having a couch to feel at home to watch TV made our stay homey. Absolutely loved the decor with a theme throughout the place. I love the charm of the old homes and this one didn’t disappoint. If I get back to Staunton I will definitely stay here! "

"This property was gorgeous! Everything was very clean. I had a large spacious room and bathroom which was beautifully decorated. I also had a bonus sunroom area. Check-in was self-explanatory and easy. The common areas/outdoor areas were very nice. I would definitely stay there again. It beats staying at a hotel with lots of people and noise. "

"Just park your car and walk to see Staunton Historic District. The rental was AWESOME!!!! Just like the pictures. Nice neighborhood. "The loft apartment was super cool, and we loved all the extra effort the host made to make it a fun place to visit. Everything inside worked perfectly, including the sauna and the record player. We visited from Liverpool, England, and it was so fun to put on the Beatles on vinyl! The location makes all of historic Staunton walkable, and there are many of useful stores, and many cute stores, and plenty of good options to eat out right there. "Updated rooms have total black out shade with groves on the sides to prevent 'light leaking ' around the sides, love that! Walk in shower has built-in foot rest for us women, love that too! The thermostat was very easy to understand and work. Wish all the HIE'S had these types of amenities!"

"This property is stunningly beautiful. A wedding venue with lovely lodging. Super comfortable bed in a nice room. Nothing negative to say. We were the only couple in the building until about bedtime and someone else came in. We heard them arrive to the room next door, and no noise after that. The town of Staunton is also a sweet, contemporary mountain town. Do stay here if you get the chance. "
