Whenever I have a problem or issue with my booking, Siya has always worked with me to understand how bookings work, how to differentiate front desk bookings, RediReward bookings and third-party booking such as expedia.com and Hotels.com, and and has made compassionate efforts to help me book at the right times as well as use my bonus points to the greatest advantage. Beyond bookings, she has always provided professional and pleasant conversation at appropriate times in the front office; always remembering customers who are frequent guests by their first name. Furthermore, when I’ve asked if it’s possible, she has made available a hotel room corresponding with the building I prefer to stay in and the floor that is easier for me to carry my belongings, provided that I ask with an appropriate amount of advanced notice.
