"Staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional. The property is quite lovely and very central.
The only small issue is that the rooms are very dark. Often the case in hotel rooms for some reason."

"Lovely property, definitely not a hotel for anyone with physical challenges due to steep narrow winding stairs and no elevator. Delicious golden syrup shortbread treats in the room daily. Super kind and helpful staff that pre-arranged our pick-up and return to the airport at a fixed price of 125 pounds."

"Great food, breakfast is fabulous lots of choice and actually the hot breakfast was hot which was great compared to other hotels, lovely helpful staff, huge suite, just needs brightening with some colour and touches here and there. Air con needs checking as wasn’t that cold and I am a hot person so really wanted it to be better. Shame there is no jacuzzi in the pool area and the pool is shallow both ends but I did have a lovely massage with Brenda. Overall lovely stay definitely stay again."
