"The hotel was lovely and our room was excellent. We can't fault any of the staff as they were friendly and helpful.
The only thing we had an issue with was the catering for the evening meals. On the 2 nights we ate in the restaurant there were several meals and additional dishes that weren't available on both nights. "The hotel room is very worn and in need of repair and a refresh, the bathroom needed a good clean with discoloured grout and mould on the tiles, arms on sofa worn and dirty and the windows in the room have paint peeling off. The staff are friendly but are all clearly new and have little experience to ask the questions that guests have ie not being able to get a dinner reservation when you book with a dinner credit.
