"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Most importantly, my family and I were able to rest peacefully and comfortably, and that is ultimately what matters most to me when staying somewhere. The property felt calm and welcoming, and our overall experience was positive.
There were only a few small details I noticed that I think are worth sharing as constructive feedback. We were missing some sheets, and when we went to enjoy the pool during reasonable hours, there were no pool towels...

"They charged me a $20 per day parking fee without ever saying anything no notice on the desk nothing when I booked the hotel and then when I called them the staff at the front desk told me oh well too bad I said well if you don't take it off my bank will she said whatever. She was rude and obnoxious. I won't go back I won't spend another Penny there"

"Don’t go when it’s hot. Bedroom did not get air, fold out couch in living was dirty. The bike and grounds were lovely. Tv never got connected to cable after talking to 3 people. Large fridge just for looks, no freezer with tiny cube fridge that took up any counter space. Lots of “doesn’t work” labels because everything is vintage"

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The entire property was extremely clean and the room had tons of character, really no comparison to a standard hotel room even in a luxury name brand hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly every time we interacted with them. Only area of improvement would be more storage in the rooms. The gated on-property parking below the hotel is a great amenity. Location is terrific with shopping and restaurants within block and easy to walk."
