"For us the property was perfect. The kitchen had a coffee maker, toaster, electric water kettle, silverware, plates, cups, and glasses. We did use a glass casserole dish to bake some pastries for breakfast. I didn't see any cookie sheets or pans for stove top cooking but that was fine for us as we were there five days and didn't plan to do much cooking other than breakfast or heating up leftovers in the microwave.
The property was close to the White House and a couple blocks from the Metro...

"Nice area of the city. We walked to restaurants and to Trump/Kennedy Center. We were close to metro stop at this hotel. Hotel was very clean. The check-in process was absolutely horrible. We arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready yet. There was only one person working the front desk and she did the best she could but was overwhelmed with many guests showing up at the same time to check in. We waited just over an hour to get checked in. For our trouble she upgraded our room which was nice. "

"A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access.
The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities.
The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved.
The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...
