"The room layout was excellent and the facility/room are in great condition. We had excellent view of the Kyoto city and Kyoto tower from the room. The staff were very friendly and reminded us that it is going to rain when we are getting out in the afternoon and suggested us to take umbrella (which they provided). We had wonderful time staying at this facility."

"This hotel was awesome and so convenient for family travel. they thought about all the details when they designed these suites. The kitchenette, laundry and two bathrooms in unit made our stay so pleasant and perfect with kids. The staff was friendly and so helpful. I’m going to book another Monday when we return to Tokyo. Definitely recommend!! "

"The room was amazing! My girls loved the bunk beds and I loved the regular beds. Room size is huge, even by US standards- more like a suite with kitchenette. AC worked beautifully and blackout curtains were helpful for sleeping in a bit. Shower room is wonderful. Laundry facilities perfect! And little breakfast place next door was friendly and delicious! Would absolutely stay again!"

"I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion."
