"The shuttle only operates at selected times so we had to pay uber both ways. One of the reasons we choose this hotel is free shuttle. The breakfast is a joke eggs bread coffee cereal juice and some pastries. We declined it thank goodness we took a look before paying for the breakfast. There is a small mall 10 mins walk so we had food there."

Staff doesn't speak English - No shuttle service to CDG airport and they hang up the phone when you ask for the shuttle service - (should have been an early indicator) No water - TV channels are by luck - slow internet if you get a spot with connection. "Beautiful hotel. Rooms were spacious and appropriately appointed. Great location to enjoy Disney parks and Disney Village. Be aware that you will not be able to enjoy the amenities (i.e. pool) until check-in. "

"La chambre était propre le lit confortable pas de frigo dans la chambre par contre restaurant à éviter très cher pour ce que c'est et attention arnaque sur la marchandise pour ma part j'ai pris un pad thaï aux crevettes tigre c'était des crevettes chaton du tigre de plus le personnel du service n'est clairement pas du métier ça se ressent aucune empathie c'est tout juste s'il voulait il jette pas l'assiette sur la table"

"Location is great for Disneyland visit. Having transportation made it easier but get ready to push your way through on your return (not a hotel problem). Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. "

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready. Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "
