"Old hotel room was very nice and updated and very comfortable accompanied by lovely breakfast. The hotel location is perfect facing the harbour view and few steps away from the train station. Highly recommended."

"Un accueil chaleureux au pub qui est juste en bas. Une chambre cosy, so British, comme on aime. Une cuisine commune qui permet de faire ses repas, mais également des produits de petits déjeuners que l'on peut acheter à bas prix. Allez manger au pub, l'ambiance est géniale et le personnel très sympathique. La vue sur la mer est un petit plus dans la chambre."

"What a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. The view is unparalleled and the room, overall, was my favorite of all of the places we stayed on this vacation. I would absolutely stay here again. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the shower - perfection. Tea and biscuits every morning and they even gave me extra, when I mentioned how much I liked them. All in all, I loved it. Highly recommend."

"Had a great stay. The single bed was very comfy and the bedding was of good quality. The room is compact but very clean. Not having a window did not bother me. It is in a great position right next to train station, the ferry and next door to Wetherspoons Only a couple.of.minor things for me is you only get one towel and you can hear movement above from the restaurant.But apart from that I would recommend these rooms to anyone visiting Oban. "

"The host was very kind! I appreciated the drinks and snacks in the room and the comfortable bed! It was so cozy and warm! Check in was easy as I arrived late in the evening all the instructions were posted for me :) I would definitely stay again! "

"The property advertises that there is breakfast but perhaps because it’s October??? There was no breakfast facility available of any kind. And that was made worse by the fact that there were stickers and labels all over the property warning people not to bring any outside food and drink into the hotel! It seems ridiculous for not allowing bringing in an apple, an orange, a bit of instant porridge to save some money while travelling and use some boiling water? That doesn’t feel very welcoming or...

"The location is okay, however the hotel is old and in very bad condition. The room they gave me at first had a huge window in the bathroom and no shades, also the curtain shower did not close properly and there was a ball of hair in the corner of the bathroom floor: nasty, horrible, disgusting, unacceptable. I complained and they gave me another room which was better but still bad. Breakfast was poor. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"The contact made sure we were safely installed, this being a late check in. The property was lovely and warm and our rooms cosy and comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk provided. The location is excellent. "
