"The room was very clean, and they even had it cooled down upon arrival (it was pretty hot outside). It was a bit of a maze to find our room though the way the property is set up. Overall great stay, really nice staff."

"The property itself was nice, but the vibe was louder and less refined than I expected. It was also located in a rundown section of Redding. The pool was a good size, but teeming with wild children and adults talking on cell phones. Hardly relaxing; we skipped it. The tenants above us created a lot of noise walking late at night and early in the morning -- I would have expected the building to be sturdier and therefore quieter than this. Certain amenities did not make sense to me. ...

"The property was so gorgeous and well kept! There were fire pits, a huge fountain that wrapped around, hanging lights, and comfortable outdoor furniture. The rooms were soooo spacious and the bed felt like you were sleeping in a cloud. Bonus they provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash AND hand soap! Not the gross bar either the expensive stuff that moisturizes skin! 12/10 rating."

"Our room was clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay the only issue was the breakfast breakfast was cold and it was removed before 10 am on a Sunday. Then before 10 am the staff started cleaning the tables making us feel rushed and unwelcomed. We came down and paid for breakfast at 930 and nothing was mentioned about when breakfast service would be ending it was buffet style with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, make your own waffles,bagels and assorted breads."

"Breakfast was great with lots of options. Lobby was welcoming and clean. Room however was ok. Clean but the bathroom needed som extra detailing. Would stay here again."

"The building was run down. It wasn’t maintained the rooms had multiple holes in the walls. There was wire sticking out from the air-conditioning. The sliding glass door did not close without a prop hold it shut."

"This is my “go to” stop when traveling between Tacoma and Los Angeles. I can always count on a clean, comfortable room, and welcoming staff. The location feels safe and is conveniently located in the charming downtown area that offers great dining options and coffee shops."

"The only thing I didn't like was in the coffee machine inside the room. Where the water goes there was crude inside. like it has not been cleaned. Outside of that it was a good stay. I would stay there again."

"Have stayed here many times but it just fell short a bit this time. Toilet barely worked, TV didn't but got some batteries and suggestions from the front desk. There weren't many people there and I felt we got stuck next to the ice machine and laundry when others were available. No tea in the room as usual.."

"Weird check in. Employee kept running away, literally, to check on rooms. People loud in pool until almost midnight. Freeway noise. Not great."
