"Clean hotel and room. Nice to have a hot tub. Breakfast of eggs, hash browns, meats, biscuits and gravy, etc was great! Our only problem was that the internet did not work in the room and we had to go to the lobby for a connection. I would recommend for sure!"

"It’s a beautiful hotel with a trail right to the beach. Pool on site open late. Restaurants off location is one down side but everything is within walking distance We will stay here again for sure!!"

"Unfortunately, our room was dirty and the furniture had stains so we checked out about 20 minutes after checking in. The front desk agent was very helpful with getting a refund from expedia and once we checked in to another motel, we had a great weekend in Ocean Shores!"

"Definitely pet friendly place. We didn’t have a pet and have allergies to pets and strong cleaning perfumes. They accommodated us well also. Bed soft and comfortable. Breakfast with French toast, waffles, and biscuits-gravy. Bathroom clean and everything works well. Breakfast well attended but had no noises neighbors at night. You request for room service. We stayed 4 nights and asked for more towels and TP - delivered immediately. Close to beach access road, close to restaurants and shops. Will...

"Very old and dated property, furnished with items that smelled as if they were recently purchased from goodwill, beach is a lot farther from property than you think with no drivable access, cell service was terrible and that only mattered because WiFi access was terrible as well, price was not worth the goodwill aesthetics"

"Overall, the Grey Gull was just what we were looking for. The suite was spacious, the kitchen well equipped but bring your own crab pot, the ocean wasn't close enough to hear the waves crashing but you could see it from the balcony and the king-size bed was luxurious. The pool area was lovely with stretch lawn chairs but the hot tub needed stronger jets. Had a nice stay."

"Room was clearly heavily smoked in, sheets/covers on bed had large white stains, windows were broken and missing screens, staff had initially said someone else had already checked in so we were given another room… the final straw for us was the baggie of pills left in the kitchen cabinets. What if my young children had gotten ahold of that? Avoid this property at all costs. Stay anywhere else or bring a tent when visiting Ocean Shores."
